Quiet the noise. Find your Zen.

Evidence-based care for tinnitus and sound sensitivity, delivered via telehealth and home visits.

Tinnitus and sound sensitivity do not always show up clearly on hearing tests. Many patients are told that there is no treatment, or that they just need to get used to it.

This can leave people feeling confused or dismissed, without effective treatment options being provided to them.

Bothersome tinnitus, hyperacusis, and misophonia typically reflect how the auditory system and nervous system are responding, not just the ears themselves.

With the right support, it is possible to reduce distress and help sound feel more manageable again.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Your initial assessment focuses on understanding your tinnitus or sound sensitivity, you health background, and how your symptoms are affecting your daily life.

This is a conversational, in-depth clinical interview rather than a hearing test. Together, we explore contributing factors and discuss evidence-based options that may be appropriate for you.

There is no obligation to proceed with any treatment. Recommendations are made collaboratively and at your pace.

Online consultations

Consultations are conducted via secure video call. This format allows for in-depth assessment, education, and therapeutic guidance, and is well-suited to tinnitus and sound sensitivity care.

Where appropriate, treatments such as Tinnitus Retraining Therapy (TRT) may include a home visit for device fitting, depending on location.
